With the success of her Debut Single, "Turn It Around" , BAYLA continues to beat the odds. As a child, doctors diagnosed her with a vocal cord dysfunction and told her she would never be able to sing. Today, BAYLA is proudly proving doctors wrong.

In 2016, BAYLA independently released her Debut Single, "Turn It Around". The single quickly caught on like wild fire at Canadian Radio, reaching "Top 40" status, and peaking at #24 on the Canadian Billboard Charts. It also became a "Top 10" hit in Montreal, QC - BAYLA's hometown. Bell Media & iHeartRadio chose BAYLA as the winner for their "Future Star" radio contest for both CHR & HOT A/C, making BAYLA one of the rare artists to win the title in both categories.

Since the release, BAYLA has been receiving media attention, including a mini-documentary episode produced by Bell Media, features on Global Morning, Breakfast Television and a spread in The Vocalist Magazine.

She has also been performing in many Festivals across Canada, including "The Big Feastival" , "Grand Prix " , "Stars & Thunder" and "Canada Pride". To date, BAYLA has opened for popular artists including Aaron Carter, Karl Wolf, Simple Plan, Lights & many more. Now, BAYLA is coming back strong with her break-out worthy single, "Monster". The fun pop anthem will be released early Summer 2018.
